This information I am sharing with my personal experience that whatever ayurvedic medicines are available for diabetes is good for nothing. They are just supplements and can not control sugar levels. Be it IME-9, Divya madhunasni vati from Patanjali etc. You need to visit an MD medicine for suitable allopathic medicines which can actually control your diabetes. You can take ayurvedic medicines just as supplements.

you do not have any problem with your TMJ asyou got your x-ray done and seen by a dentist.
Aside from trauma and arthritis, a bad bite or “malocclusion”(irregularly positioned teeth) is believed to be one of the main causes of TMJ problems. When your teeth do not fit together so that your muscles are in their optimum rest position when your mouth is closed, it puts stress on the hard and soft tissues of the jaw, resulting in pain, muscle spam, and facial asymmetry.

Kindly visit your dentist and you may either go in for orthodontic treatment ie wearing of braces and getting it corrected or you may go for a procedure called as smile designing. But without having a look it's difficult to suggest a treatment. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene.

Hello. The burns scar varies from person to person, depending upon the skin type, scar maturity, length, position and width. The treatment accordingly will vary from just a superficial dermabrasion, dermarolling, fat grafting to the scar revision surgeries. So it would be better if you can consult a nearby plastic surgeon or with me online with the photos, to decide which type of treatment would suit u. Thank u.
