After knowing your complain I can understand you are having. Oral Submucous fibrosis (OSMF). This is a precancerous lesson. That means it can easily transform to cancer. For this common symptoms is 1) restricted mouth opening & 2) Burning & pain oral mucosa if patient is eating spicy food, Don't neglect it.
Now treatment plan will be- 1) Stop taking Tobacco, betel nut & Alcohol, 2) Avoid Spicy & hot food & visit Dentist, because your treatment will be depending upon your condition.

you have OSMF disease. Which causing decrease mouth opening and infection also. Quite tobacco and alcohol immediately if you are taking in any form. Avoid spicy food. Hi, Tablets will help only if you leave gutka otherwise tablets will not work And in future you will get oral cancer also so kindly leave gutka habit and consult dentist for clinical evaluation and treatment.

If you are consuming gutkha or any pan masala, tobacco, stop it immediately.
Consult to ENT surgeon nearby you if you r having any internal lesion. If not possible this, there is a Dental screw which helps to widen the mouth opening .do regular practice with that dental screw.
