Dear Lybrate user, you have OSMF disease. Which causing decrease mouth opening and infection also. Quite tobacco and alcohol immediately if you are taking in any form. Avoid spicy food. Consult to dentist for treatment of OSMF. After OSMF treatment your mouth will normally re open and all your mouth infection will be cure perfectly. Please consult to dentist for treatment of OSMF.
