If the cut is not very severe, you do not need to apply any antibiotics. Cuts on the lips are usually healed on their own, just apple cold/ice compression to reduce the swelling. If there is too much pain, get an orabase gel or any gel which contains 10%-20% benzocaine and apply it twice or thrice a day. Benzocaine will numb the pain temporarily till its healed.
If the cut is very deep and severe, I suggest you show it to a surgeon to confirm whether stitches are needed or not.
