1. Warm salt water rinses 2 times daily.
2. Cap. Becosules 2 times daily.
3. Brush teeth twice daily with a soft toothbrush e.g sensoform or sensodyne toothbrush.
4. You may also gargle with warm salt water after rinsing you mouth.
5. Apply glycerine or any on the counter anaesthetic gel like Dentogel or Orasore gel.
If it doesn't make any difference then you should consult you doctor as it can be a serious problem.

I have white patches both side in my cheeks area. First I had consult with a dentist. She saw my mouth and teeth. She suggest me that due to sharp teeth it has cutting my inside cheeks area. So she removed one teeth (upper jaw- left side corner/last teeth. Also wash my both side tooth. After some days I am not feeling better. So that I had gone an oncologist. He saw the white patches and told some thing infected. But he realized that this is not cancer. But if I will not skip my bad habit it will be affected. I skipped my bad habit when I realise first time. I took some medicine from that doctor prescribed medicine. He told me it will take time to recover. Already one month past. Now a different problem starting with me. Every day from morning to evening till sleeping I am felling headache .so what's the possible reason behind this pls suggest sir.
