Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. The bag in which your testes lie is known as scrotal sac and it has very fine muscle layer known as detrusor muscle and it's function is to pull the sac closer to the body to keep the testes warm in colder climates. We need to differentiate between the two because acne scars requires methods like lasers, peels, microneedling etc, while spots can be treated by oral and topical medicines.
