The blood glucose values given of your wife are absolutely normal. There is nothing to worry. For diagnosing Gestational diabetes following values are considered: Fasting blood glucose: 92 to 125 mg, 1 hour value: 180 mg or more, 2 hour value: 153 to 199 mg.
