For pneumothorax
you need to put a chest tube. For bronchi pleural fistula she will probably need videoscopy assisted pleuro deisy. For sarcoid treatment will depend on stage. Diabetes treatment has to be individualized also. Let the chest physician decide what best to do. Regards.
