No multivitamin can replace the benefits of food. Moreover, it can get dangerous to give supplements without an evaluation. Best you consult online or visit a physician in person first.

Hi
becosule contains only 15 mcg of methylcobalamine (b12) but also has other vitamin b complexes. So it should be fine to take both of them. Also at yoyears age, I would advice you to start taking calcium and d3 after going for dexa scan as with age, calcium and d3 deficiencies are common cause of weak bones. Regards.

If you have any questions please come back with following information: current dosage of all the medications, weight, height, age, extent of daily exercise, dietary pattern and lipid profile as well as bp readings then I will be bale to guide. Thanks.

Multi vitamins should be taken only if you have any severe nutritional deficiencies, while blood pressure problem won't require any multi vitamins. You can take diet consultation from me for blood pressure management or any other nutritional deficiency or boosting immunity. It is always better to take food as your medicine rather than medicine being your food for the day. Book your diet consultation now.
