Your b12 is in the normal range, though you must continue with oral b12 for another 3 months. You can add a bcomplex containing b1. Please also check for hb, blood sugar and thyroid levels.

No vitamin kills the other sir. Probaly your diet is insufficient in vitamon b12 and the dose in most multivitamins is not sufficient to countract it. Please share your b12 levels and consult.
