few tips on diet - say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar and say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk , can eat brown bread , can eat sprout’s , can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal and to avoid farsan food items and can eat fruits and say no to coconut water

Protein is good for all. With workouts I prefer Nutrilite Whey protein and without workouts Nutrilite all plant protein. As it is not sold through chemists if interested call me through lybrate.

Packed milk powders contain sugar and artificial flavours. Better to mix plain choco powder or cinnamon powder. Packed supplement do not provide any nutrition.

There is no special diet advice during pregnancy. Like any other lady who is pregnant diet should be healthy and nutritious. Only thing to be kept in mind is to avoid soy beans and soy containing foods. You should consume good deal of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits. To increase hb you must eat green leafy vegetables like spinach, methi, mint leaves etc. And red veggies like beetroot, carrots & tomatoes. Take care of your Vit b12 levels, take one serving of curd/buttermilk everyday.
