You must avoid all processed and packed food. All types of fruits and veggies especially green leafy and red coloured must be consumed more. Also you must have a serving of dry fruits and sprouts/boiled legumes every day or at least 3-4 times a week.

Mam I can understand you problem intake of childrens will be diffrent yoi may need to follow few things this requires your whole family support.
Encourage him to eat on dining with all family members discuss with family members and ask them not say I do not like this stuff for example I do not like raddish the kid will decide to eliminate that food from his plate no nrgative comments on food as kids are good observer they will stop eating that.

It is not good... She needs nutrition and if she doesn't eat then how will she get it..

So better take proper treatment for it..
Homoeopathic treatment is best and have no side effects...

Calcium, protein and iron rich food should be taken in pregnancy- dairy products like milk, cheese, etc are rich in calcium. Green leafy vegetables, dates and meat are foods rich in iron. During pregnancy TSH should be maintained in the following manner: 1st Trimester: 0.1 to 2.5 mU/L, 2nd Trimester: 0.2 to 3.0 mU/L & 3rd Trimester: 0.3 to 3.0 mU/L. Therefore your level mentioned (3.950 mU/L) is high. It should be brought down. So please increase the dosage of thyroxine by 12.5 mcg per day.
