It?s my pregnancy period, what is the food habits needed to have during starting time of pregnancy? Please suggest the fruits and vegetables details to eat and to avoid during this period.

You must avoid all processed and packed food. All types of fruits and veggies especially green leafy and red coloured must be consumed more. Also you must have a serving of dry fruits and sprouts/boiled legumes every day or at least 3-4 times a week.
