To increase hb you must eat green leafy vegetables like spinach, methi, mint leaves etc. And red veggies like beetroot, carrots & tomatoes. Take care of your Vit b12 levels, take one serving of curd/buttermilk everyday.

Avoid taking packed powders as they can added sugar, additives and preservatives. Have fresh cow milk with jaggery and 1/2 spoon cinnamon powder. It can be taken throughout pregnancy.

You can take all forms of dry fruits like date palm, kismis,nuts, cashew nuts etc. Take sufficient liquid food and water. Take milk, egg white, fish,friluits and vegetables, juice more and more. Avoid spicy fast food and allergic food. Drink one glass of warm milk sugar added at bed time. If you take curd 2 hrs before bed time you can enjoy good sleep. As you are already 6 months pregnant avoid sexual intercourse until delivery. Take a little bit heavy meal at night and use loose cotton clothes.
