Hello Lybrate user, simple food (avoid spices), fruits (avoid raw papaya and pineapple), milk, and 2- 3 almonds would be good and healthy during first trimester. If morning sickness is intolerable then opt for homeopathic treatment for morning sickness. It's very safe, natural and very effective treatment. Message Back for online homeopathic consultation.
