You require surgery for removal of the nasal polyps.
Wydolobe will cause only temporary relief and should not be used for more than 3 weeks.
Also it should not be frequently repeated.
Surgery followed by long term steroid nasal douching is the main stay of treatment in your case.

Stop ascoril syrup madam.
You probably have bronchial asthma you are early in pregnancy it's okay to do a spirometry (pft) test ,cbc with aec (absolute eosinophil count)
and also start mdi inhalers for entire pregnancy.
You can start mdi inhalers with prescription with consulting a chest physician like me what you have is we call it bronchial asthma so need to worry it's very common during pregnancy.
