Wydolobe will cause only temporary relief and should not be used for more than 3 weeks.

You probably have bronchial asthma you are early in pregnancy it's okay to do a spirometry (pft) test ,cbc with aec (absolute eosinophil count)
and also start mdi inhalers for entire pregnancy.
You can start mdi inhalers with prescription with consulting a chest physician like me what you have is we call it bronchial asthma so need to worry it's very common during pregnancy.
Just inhalers will help you.
