Hello lybrate-user, the upper range of blood pressure is 140 / 90, anything above requires care either by cutting salt in diet, aerobic exercise and if required medicines. As such there is nothing as low blood pressure, it a misnomer with general population to attribute the symptoms of feeling low to low blood pressure. However one should maintain blood above 110 / 70 at your age and hence that can be considered as lower limit.

Hi lybrate-user, the average normal blood pressure is 120/80. However young people can have a lower number that is usually well tolerated. It is important to see if there is a correlation of your symptoms with low blood pressure. Increase the intake of your salt and please visit your doctor to get yourself tested.

More than 120 over 80 and less than 140 over 90 (120/80-140/90): you have a normal blood pressure reading but it is a little higher than it should be, and you should try to lower it. Make healthy changes to your lifestyle.
