Hi, Take Rauvolfia 1x, 2 tabs daily morning empty stomach.
Drink plenty of liquids and cut down your fat, salt and sugar intake.
go for a morning walk daily at least for 30 minutes.
Take a sound sleep and try to avoid anger.

To control & maintain Blood pressure to normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes.

The normal blood pressure is 120/ 80 mmHg, something it varies according to age and body weight and high blood pressure is 130/90 and above. Ok but once you get hight reading you should not consider it as high BP the three consecutive reading for 3 days ok.

- Follow some lifestyle measures to reduce BP:
- have a salt restricted diet, also avoid fried & fat containing foods, also pickles, papads & namkeens, restrict tea, coffee to 1-2 cups per day if you have more, avoid alcohol & smoking if you do

I can understand your being diagnosed with hypertension (it's a chronic disease, tab met xl is a good antihypertensive drug kindly continue the tab along with life style modification is the most important thing regular with diet, exercise need to be done on regular basis to reduce your blood pressure.
