Blood pressure usually does not have any symptoms or signs unless it increases to very high level.
But if at all it increases you might have headache, giddiness or chest discomfort. It's always better to get BP checked manually and if found more than 140/90 then to start with lifestyle modification like salt restriction diet and medicines might also be required of persistently BP remains high.
