Firstly sir ,would like to know, how long have you been diagnosed with lung cancer, and are you on any supportive chemo/ radiotherapy or any domiciliary oxygen support. Depending jpon the grading, of how breathless you are with bouts of exacerbations you have, few medicines can be titrated.
