Dear lybrate user, avoid spicy and fried foods, drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated, avoid taking stress. Normally ulcers take 7-14 days to heal completely. Consult your dentist and get it checked as we cannot prescribe medicines without a clinical checkup.

Hello,
you can apply baking soda or do baking soda in water mouth rinses. This will help to heal your ulcers. If it still persists, you need to consult a physician and get your Vitamin B levels checked. If required take supplements for it.
