I need more information on that. In uti the pain should actually not feel inside the vagina and the pain of uti is burning in nature. As other symptoms of uti are also absent it's probably not because of it. I need more history about your condition. You just have to answer some questions after which only a diagnosis could be ascertained. Feel free to book a consult online.

Need more information about the duration of the complaints. A uti infection could cause an overactive bladder as I could infer from your history. But for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment I will need to ask you more on that as many conditions could overlap with the same features. You can book a text consult for the same.

It can be due to two reasons
first is urinary tract infection for which fever, burning sensations and itching symptoms will be present. If fever is present a course of antibiotics should be taken for 5 days
second is due to climatic conditions like hot and humid weather can cause this type of burning sensation after voiding. For this more intake of water and tender coconut water are advised.

First make sure it's infection. If there is chance of urinary tract infection usually you should have fever and burning sensation while urinating. If you are diagnosed with urinary tract infection then you will need antibiotics. Also make sure you drink plenty of water. Hope it helps.
