Hi am 28 years female. I have middle pinch pain on my left nipple’s black/brown part always when I press it! and my breast feels heavy and painful before 2 weeks of period! I did visit gynecologist. She told me to do ultra sound of the breast. And in report it says fibrocystic breast changes. And they gave me evion 600 and primrose oil 1000 mg! am taking the medicine since then it’s been a week now but no improvement. Please help me! thank you.
