Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

It may be due pressure of studies/ work
do 1. Relax and do not take tension of any thing
2. Go for morning walk daily for 30 mts 3. Do deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily
4. Do meditation for 5 mts daily
5. Have good sleep of 68 hrs at night

Excessive sweating could be due to
1. Anxiety, nervousness
2 obesity, diabetes, thyroid problem, tuberculosis, gout, head injury
3. Alcoholism or due to effect of some anti hypertensive and psychiatric drugs (pregnancy, menopause)
4. Investigate yourself to rule out these diseases
5. Avoid anxiety, nervousness, tea/coffee, alcohol, spicy food, chocolate etc
6. Try some anti antiperspirant lotion or roll on. 7. Consult skin specialist for advice.
