Night sweats may be due to stress or lack of sleep since last two or three nights. Sometimes combined reasons of the above with heavy food intake also causes this symptoms. Try to check your sleep to be sufficient and food to be light and easy digest.

Take ras manikya. Gandhak rasayan and shukti pishti with honey three times a day. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Eat green vegetables. Healthy food. Fruits. Drink plenty of water. Do pranayama early in the morning. Walk minimum for 30 minutes per day.
