before I give any opinion I would like know urine report, sonography with full bladder volume, bladder-wall thickness and post void residual urine. Also uroflowmetry graph. I am sure you must have consulted urologist. At this stage I would want to rule out obstruction first. Dilated bladder means you must be retaining urine after urinatio.
