before I give any opinion I would like know urine report, sonography with full bladder volume, bladder-wall thickness and post void residual urine. Also uroflowmetry graph. I am sure you must have consulted urologist. At this stage I would want to rule out obstruction first. Dilated bladder means you must be retaining urine after urinatio. It is probably nothing. Usg for pregnancy that is done in full bladder can't be used to screen post void residual urine (pvru. If you r scared do a re scan for bladder only after proper voiding.
