I have a shooting nerve pain in the right side of the right leg below the knee (near calf). The pain is temporary, it happens 1-4 times in a day. Someday it may be not be there, other day it can occur. Please suggest what is the cause and possible remedy.

Health Query

I got daflon 500 mg prescribed by a doctor, mainly to help or cure weak veins. I was supposed to take 2 per day, I only took one so far. I have only taken them for a week. Question> lately (last 3 days) I experienced kind of stinging pain, like as if nerve pain, in my heal, side of the foot sole and veins all over seem to be popping up. No problems with my hemorrhoids. That problem seemed to have improved. Do you suggest to take the prescribed 2 tablets per day or rather stop taking them altogether. I am 77 years old and live in the caribbean and weather very hot lately. Thanks in advance for your advise. Kind regards rosi.

I am from india and 34 year male. I am suffering from left side nerve pressure in head and sometimes pain travelling from head to toe. I have anxiety symptoms sometimes and was taking clonazepam 0.25 mg at night for that. But had panic issue sometimes. Have got ct and mri done 4 months ago and it was normal. But I sometimes feel like my brain is very sensitive to anything and shock absorbing system is little weak. Just started pregabalin 75 plus methylcobalamin 750 for nerve pain and getting little relief. Pls suggest what is the issue behind.

Hi Lybrate user. There are other tablets that can be added before going for surgery. And he can get a mri trigeminal nerve fiesta sequence done to decide if surgery is required for him.
