Hi,

chew 1-2 tabs of Taleesapatradi chewable tablet 3-4 times a day and take tab. Lakshmivilasa Ras (Naradiya) 1 tab. 3 times a day. Do salt water gorgling. Avoid cold and refrigerated food, sweets. and oil fried food. Drink boiled and cooled water or warm water.
