please do not worry. I you seem to be having anxiety. Though there are medicines which can be prescribed, you will need to see someone in person, as these medications cannot be prescribed online on a public forum. However, there are other ways to handle anxiety with a little effort from your side
1. Be physically active
2. Take anutritios diet, low in sugar and fat and high in fruit and vegetable content
3.spend some time outdoors in nature
