Child younger than 6 years old, before trying any medication behavior therapy should be applied. Recommend that adhd be treated with behavior therapy first, before trying medication. Behavior therapy is the recommended treatment for adhd in children under 6 years of age.

Backache has nothing to do with medications. At this age most common cause is inappropriate posture while sitting, sitting for long hours in front of computer or with a mobile in hand in inappropriate posture. Self evaluate for these causes and rectify the posture in which you sit throughout the day. Do some stretching exercises for back as your problem could be because of lack of strength in bower back muscles as well.
