Hello,
you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. Get a full mouth x-ray done to check the bone levels. Depending on that you can go for fixed prosthesis or implant. For bridge the neighbouring two teeth will also have to be reduced in size. Its better to go for an implant. The cost can range from Rs. 15,000-40,000/-.

If you have consulted a dentist and extractions have been advised, there is reason to believe that they would have done so after due condsideration. As for improvement of oral health from now on, get a thorough cleaning done. You might be advised further gum treatment bas...more

Hello lybrate-user. Both implant and bridge will have life only as long as your bone and underlying tissues (periodontium) is maintained in good condition. Its similar to how ever big or small you build your house if the foundation is not strong it will fall down. But technically speaking implants are the next best to your original tooth compared to bridge. But both has pros and cons .consult a good dentist nearby.

Yes you will be suggested for implants if you have the required bone depth in that region. You may also consider bridging the gap metal or pfm bridges.
