A prick usually pains for few days, be it in mouth or any other place of ur body. If there is some swelling or redness go get it examined by the dentists.

Please go and visit a dentist and get cleaning (scaling) of teeth done. There is no home remedy for this problem of yours.

Blood pressure, blood sugar, bleeding time, clotting time, all these need to b done before surgery. It's better to b safe.
