I have been prescribed eye specs of -1 and -1.25 as I am unable to read the board in the class properly. Should I wear them all the times or just during the class?

You have to use eyeglass all the time except sleep ,it has been reported that those who are myopic & don't use eyeglasses always become introvert later on. Constant use of eyeglass also help proper mental growth.

Probably it's some strain,sprain or tendinitis which should be examined for by orthopedic doctor.support arm in sling and avoid weight lifting or other exercises until you get yourself checked up.

Health Query

Hi 28 years old girl from last year august im having on and off kind of pain in my right side middle ribs and arm resting side. I tried everything but nothing help much. Pain comes and go anytime it increase and decreased. Im unaware why pain like this. Sum says its cervical issue sum says its muscle tightness. Sum say more. I m too much depressed because of this pain. Im about to get marry this year how can I lead marriage life in this condition when I even can not plan my next day. Can anyone tell me what is it and how to cure it. I tried ayurveda homeopathy allopathy physiotherapy massage exercise also. Nothing helping what to do sleeping time and sitting time pain speed in whole upper right side back.

Best is to diagnose it by getting an MRI of lumbar spine done.
Till then -
*Go for strengthening of spinal muscles.
*Have proper diet.

I just got my mri reports and it says that loss of usual cervical and lumbar lordosis curvatures. Partial disc desiccation with mild posterior disc bulges are seen at c-4 -c5 and c6 -c7 level indenting the thecal sac. Disc desiccation with diffuse disc bulge is seen at l5 and s1 level intending the thecal sac. What should I do. I am male 30.

Hi I am 29 weeks pregnant. I had my sonography yesterday when my doc said that there is a cervical widening of 3 to 4 mm diameter and I need to take bed rest during coming six weeks. I am a working woman and my job is very necessary for my family as my husband has faced some losses in his business. My job is the only oxygen for my family. Doctor has also suggested to take cervical stitches. So can I continue with my job after the stitches? Is 3 to 4 mm widening a very serious concern? Which option is better for baby? Bedrest or stitches? Also note that my job provides 90 days leave but only at the time of delivery, not this early. My EDD is 8th March as per yesterday's sonography.

Please understand that this baby is priority. Mother's womb is the cheapest alternative till 37 weeks. If born premature, then nurseries are very costly. So rest and monitoring r necessary. Cervical stitch decision is your gynaecs choice.

cervical polyp may interfere with conception and it should be removed. because during pregnancy some time they bleed and create problems. cervical polyp removal is an OPD procedure and doesn't require anaesthesia. very simple procedure.
