Resisted terminal knee extension: make a loop with a piece of elastic tubing by tying a knot in both ends. Close the knot in a door at knee height. Step into the loop with your injured leg so the tubing is around the back of your knee. Lift the other foot off the ground and hold onto a chair for balance, if needed. I cannot prescribe about medicines as I am a physiotherapist however you can do exercises for the upper limb ie. Elbow and finger. In general during the recovery phase the upper limbs will automatically go for tightness / spasticity.

It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. use scoliosis brace 20 hrs daily.
streching and strengthing exericises 2 to 3 times daily.
take sun exposer on urs spine.
