Cold compresses can help reduce swelling in the area. Cooling also helps to numb sharp pain. Apply an ice pack for up to 20 minutes, up to five times a day. Use a frozen gel pack, ice cubes in a plastic bag, or a bag of frozen peas. Wrap the cold pack in a soft towel. Do not apply a cold pack directly to skin.
Heat therapy
heat helps to relax tense muscles and soothe a stiff area. It can help with muscle pain and bonny pain. Use a heated gel pack, heating pad or a hot water bottle.

Botox is considered safe overall. You should always go to a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon for botox injections. You're more likely to experience adverse side effects if your injections aren't prepared according to fda standards or injected by an inexperienced doctor.

Lack of sleep will make you your body to become tired and the joints will not have enough nourishment ie. Oxygen which will make your joints to become stiff which might be the reason for you to have pain in the finger joints and shoulders. You can do bath in a bath tub which will make you to become relaxed, or take hot water shower and do some massage to biceps and which will help you to get relaxed and which will help you to have sound sleep and you will definitely come out of the soreness.
