1. Anaemia - iron deficiency; anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired that can also be reason to have frequent sprains in the leg once the oxygen levels in the blood comes down it automatically leads to improper functioning of the joints and muscles. That's the reason you become tired in this young age and also you will also get calf muscle cramps and pain if your haemogloblin levels are poor in the blood.

What r other symptoms that you r experiencing?
By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains?
Is there stiffness also?
How is your appetite?

Lack of sleep will make you your body to become tired and the joints will not have enough nourishment ie. Oxygen which will make your joints to become stiff which might be the reason for you to have pain in the finger joints and shoulders. You can do bath in a bath tub which will make you to become relaxed, or take hot water shower and do some massage to biceps and which will help you to get relaxed and which will help you to have sound sleep and you will definitely come out of the soreness.
