1. Lack of sleep will make you your body to become tired and the joints will not have enough nourishment ie. Oxygen which will make your joints to become stiff which might be the reason for you to have pain in the finger joints and shoulders. You can do bath in a bath tub which will make you to become relaxed, or take hot water shower and do some massage to biceps and which will help you to get relaxed and which will help you to have sound sleep and you will definitely come out of the soreness.
