Hello.
First Good explanation.
See as per your wrist fracture and pain till now. It happens. So don't worry. You should full movement only. Pain will go with slow pace sometimes.
Muscle spasm. Do have appropriate water intake protein also.
And also stop sitting for long times. Keep changing your posture.
As per your previous history of gym. Re-start that ,if you don't have that time for gym. Try go for home exercise like Push-ups, sit-ups. Etc.

There could be some muscle tear because of the jerk take tab lyser d twice a day for fiv days and apply volini gel on the effected painful area for a few days and try to stabilise your neck as much as possible for a few days if required you can use a cervical collar.

if its following an injury then it could be due to torn meniscus. try ice packs and if pain doesn't subside and if knee remains locked then consult an ortho .
