Hello.
Don't worry lybrate-user. It is okay to have mild tremors if your nervous/ or experiencing any strong emotion/ fatigue or with consumption of excess caffeine. Sometimes problems of thyroid gland could be causing this as well. But a proper neurological examination can rule out more serious types of tremors.

I am not convinced with medicine you are taking other than thyroid hormone for hypothyroidism. These symptoms may be due to hypothyroidism but may be increased with ciplar LA and lonazep. Please consult a Physician.
