I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
There could be any number of causes for tailbone pain. Two common causes are trauma to the area and pregnancy/childbirth. In very rare cases, coccydynia may also be caused by an infection, a tumour, or a fracture.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Dear user, this looks like a neurological issue. You will have to get an mri done and it would be better you meet a neurologist directly for an opinion. The erection issue might be directly linked to the disc degeneration. You will be advised physiotherapy for pain but the medications will be prescribed by the neurologist only. If you found my answer helpful, please leave a positive feedback as it helps me with my practice. Thank you.
