It may be due to weakness of muscles. Or there may be some nerve problem. For better diagnosis please describe your problem in detail. You can chat or call me for right exercise program for it. Till than I am telling you some general exercises for it. Ankle movements, knee flexion extention exercise, slr exercise, shoulder flexion and abduction. Do all these 10 moves each, thrice a day. Don't over strech or over stress.

please wait until the muscle recovers and please take it slow, try stretching exercises and stretch only till you are comfortable and put more effort every time ....this way in a few days you would be stretching good. Take care.
