U need to reduce weight. Get ur thyroid profile, CBC, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab. In the meanwhile Follow this
1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). ) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do.

Hello,
muscle cramping is a common problem that may happen due to electrolyte imbalance, vitamin deficiencies, calcium magnesium def, dehydration, cervical disc problems etc. Would need more info for giving medications. Do consult privately.

1. Do saline gargles daily.
2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. Hi lybrate-user. As per your reports ; if mri is suggestive of sacroilitis - you are considered to have ankylosing spondylitis. You will have to take medications preferably nsaids and if required monoclonal antibodies. Pls contact a rheumatologist near to the place where you live.
