Hello, Whey protein is a natural protein supplement. Also whey protein is sold by many companies under different brand names. You need to be sure that you are purchasing a genuine brand and not a fake supplement. Also if taken in proper doses, whey protein does not cause any side -effects. However it is best to have a protein-rich diet including eggs, chicken / fish, pulses, dals, sprouts, kala chana, paneer, milk, curd, soybean.

Pregnant women need additional proteins in pregnancy, mainly in third trimester.
The requirement of protein is about 70-90 g in pregnancy, depending on the weight.
In the first two trimesters, you need protein (grams) =1.2*body weight
In last trimester you need protein (grams) =1.5*body weight
Now I would advise taking most of these proteins via diet. So my first advise would be-
1) visit a nutritionist and get a diet chart made-

Or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't drink water before meals. Hello,
there is no need to consume any kind of supplement or medication even if you are going to the gym. It has long term harmful effects. Follow a balanced and healthy diet.
Take natural protein rich food like paneer, soyabean, pulses, sprouts, egg whites, curd/ buttermilk.
Excess protein due to supplements can cause accumulation and adverse effects.

Are you doing weight training at gym. Then do it 2-3 times (alternate days not consecutive days) a week with at least 48 hours in between 2 sessions.
You need to take whey protein (by whatever name it comes. But it should contain 80% whey protein in it. E.g. For 30 gms it should have atleast 24 grams (80%) of protein.) use it only on the day you gym (within 10 mins of exercise). Dose is 30gms. For more details you can consult me.
