treatment for hypothyroidism is taking adquate dose of thyroxine tablets. Multivitamins are really not required unless there is a specific dietary deficiency. Taking extra vitamins does not really benefit.

You are planning for baby.I advise both of you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet.Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet.Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.Avoid non veg and eggs.Do meditation for mental strength by doing slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning and be positive always.
