Since the reasons for your weakness are not known, I shall advise the following - 1. Keep yourself hydrated.

Hi,
any multivitamin should be taken after doctor's advise. If there is no medical condition, one can take them for 3-4 months daily once only then need to discontinue for another 3-4 months and if required, can be repeated for another 3-4 months.
