Surely they must have suggested something. Typically these ulcers could be due to low immunity. If no cause has been found, please also check blood sugar, and vitamin b12 levels. Take high protein diet.

Check with a dermatologist. You might tactility’s type of ointments, vitamins +/- steroids. Check your sugar levels. Monitor for sudden colour changes, increase in size. Thanks.

You can apply few drops on liquid antacid three to four times in a day. Give soft diet, which need not be chewed. Crocin can be given for pain. Give plenty of fluids and limit sugar intake.

it's cancer as suggested by biopsy report.
Patient need further tests to confirm stage & spread of the carcinoma.
Based on all these tests, further line of treatment & prognosis can be decided.
