If you have any functional problem like difficulty in chewing then you can go for ortho treatment.

If you have loose teeth, that can be due to periodomtitis, that is gum swelling and when gums get compromised and are not healthy anymore due to plaque, calculus or any underlying infection.
Get scaling and deep cleaning done.
Gargle after every meal
use soft bristle brush floss your teeth
consult a periodontist.
