Dear Sumit. Smoking is injurious to health. There are two methods available for you to quit smoking. First method is use of deaddiction therapy which is good but chances of relapse is more. Choose a date within the next two weeks, so you have enough time to prepare without losing your motivation to quit. If you mainly smoke at work, quit on the weekend, so you have a few days to adjust to the change.

1 do Exercise.
2 Get out of the house for a walk.
3 Chew gum or hard candy.
4 Keep your hands busy with a pen or toothpick, or play a game.
