Get treated with Ultrasonic therapy which would directly heal the calcaneal spur (inflammation of the calcaneum bone) which causes the heel pain in majority of the cases. 1. You have eustachian tube dysfunction .(any history of hearing loss, ringing sensation, loss of balance/vertigo=could be acoustic neuroma) 2. Did you used to have recurrent cold/history of allergic rhinitis? Any h/o recent air travel?
3.anyways, I would recommend you to get ear looked at through otoscope to rule out any fluid build up in middle ear.
