The exact cause of bipolar disorder is unknown. Experts believe there are a number of factors that work together to make a person more likely to develop it. These are thought to be a complex mix of physical, environmental and social factors.

Dear IWJWKW,
Taking risnia plus will NOT interfere with your brother becoming father. But how effective is the treatment of schizophrenia, does he earn money to support a family, does he know his responsibilities of becoming a father, etc should be the deciding factors.

This does not belong to addiction category of medicines, but this has to be taken with regular review from a psychiatrist and needs to be closely followed up. It is not an over the counter medicine as many think and take. Good luck.

Dear lybrate-user,
meditation works excellent to treat with depression & anxiety but mind you it is a very long process. It is a very deep connect of body mind & soul. I suggest please continue the practice without fail. the experience you had is quite enviable because meditation can make you feel like it. In case you are uncomfortable, please do only guided meditation. You can try the headspace app
along with that kindly add the below things in your daily routine, a good vigorous exerci...more

feel like you want to harm yourself or end your life
be unable to visit friends, get...more
