I am suffering mentally tragic some times. I feel intuitions and I confirm it as reality. But after some time I feel like relieved and comes out free from my mental pressure. I an taking some medicine as per consulting doctor (clonotril. O. 5) while feeling mentally down both I am being physically weak. I feel like more mood swings than before. I am suffering trough a lots of negative thoughts when my mood changes. I would like to know about wht I am going through.

Dear lybrate-user, you need a detailed consultation with your psychiatrist for assessment and diagnosis. Clonotril is given only for few days before assessment is done. It will not be the treatment after diagnosis. At your age we need to assess your medical conditions also.

Anybody said that life is colorless without colors. That is the color that you have a smile. You are happy. Happiness is filled in your life. Some colors make you happy, make some sad. Some colors give you comfort and peace, some encourage you to move forward.Have you ever thought that why you choose the color that is closest to you? because it reflects your personality.
There are some such colors today that will tell your personality. Introduce your personality to you.

  • Black: if your color is black, they are often artistic and sensitive, they are careful about the details of their lives and do not share easily with others, but sometimes they feel very sad and lonely.
  • Red: if you choose the red color, those who love the red living life completely and remain firm in their efforts. But they are of nimble nature and easily get annoyed. They are passionate.

My father is always comparing me and my brother with other kids who are very successful and rich. Although he doesn't do this directly but I can see this. Where I am now I don't see any major career options for me. All I can do is get a average job and live a normal middle class life but now I am scared that am I ever be gonna happy this way. And my father will always consider us a disappointment. It's affecting me very badly. I can feel my desire of living fading away. I have tried the yoga. Didn't help. Please suggest something.

Do nort worry, take it easy. Every parents wants their child to grow. After a few days he will understand your limit and will not say any thing to ypou or years brother. Do 1.no alcohol 3. No smoking/ tobacco/drugs/ avoid pollution 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. 9. Take more water medicine can not be advised for open question ,for medicine and further advise contact on private consults. Good luck.
